I led a cross-functional tiger team of 8, consisting of the following roles:

• Revenue Operations Manager

• Marketing Operations Manager

We creatde a comprehensive competitive analysis to understand how Inkling competed against specific competitors in the marketplace.

Result: Our analysis was used to craft a direct sales play against competitors and used as a data point to inform roadmap features.

Did we take business from competitors? I left before this play ran, so unclear.

• Implemented the first agile responsive process for a new feature, including meeting with and learning from customers. This enabled the UX research team to begin an agile approach to research (rather than a lengthly multi-month long process that they had previously)

• Led initiative to improve documentation and training for customers, beginning with a scrappy team. First initiative was to improve documentation for LP product. Mentored my teammate through this process.
